A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the Ministry of Education and the China Communications Services Corporation Limited to work towards the deployment of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in schools in Ghana.

The aim of the deal is to make an avenue for the provision of the required Information and Communication Technology logistics, hardware and services including training and technical support for public pre-tertiary schools in Ghana. The arrangement is in line with the ministry’s commitment to partner with stakeholders, especially those in the private sector, in the deployment of ICT in schools.
