The company has decided to appoint Wahi & Gupta, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi, for the due diligence, valuation of companies and recommendation of the equity swap ratio. Pragmatum Training Pvt ltd., is a leading supplemental education provider for three core subjects – English, Mathematics and Science. The company develops content in three disciplines and packages in different modules under different brands to meet the needs of students.
