No More Best 5 Option for ICSE students in Maharashtra

From the next academic year, Indian Certificate for Secondary Education (ICSE) students in Maharashtra will not be able to avail the option of choosing best-5 scores for students while applying for admissions to junior college.

With the Council of Indian Secondary Certificate Examination (CISCE) dropping one of the subjects in Group I (environment education) from the coming academic year, students will be left only with five subjects in Group I and II. While Group III, will have the sixth subject, it will not be considered for admissions to junior colleges in the state.
