Measurement and Evaluation of e-Learning by Vivek Bhardwaj.

Vivek Bhardwaj , attempts to measure and evaluate e-Learning in terms of improved reading performance, professional development, computer literacy with the help of five ICT performance indicators namely- Policy, Infrastructure and Access, Curriculum, Learning and Teaching.

A state wide survey of Gujarat and Karnataka have been included in the presentation along with graphs to further elaborate his study.

SMETE Digital Library

The SMETE Digital Library is an on-line library and portal of services by the SMETE Open Federation for teachers and students where one can access a plethora of teaching and learning materials as well as join a community of Science, Maths, Engineering and Technology explorers of all ages. It offers resources to teachers which they can teach in class and also to students to help them prepare classes and examinations.
