When most institutions were still debating curriculum reform, Acadvizen was already building a skills-first ecosystem where digital marketing, AI, and robotics meet real-world employability. With 1,500+ industry collaborations and classrooms connected to global markets, the institute has made career outcomes its core metric, shared Tharika Raju, Founder and CEO, Acadvizen – Digital Marketing Institute in an exclusive conversation with Elets News Network (ENN). Edited excerpts:

Digital marketing is one of the fastest-growing career tracks for graduates today, yet most university curricula have little to no structured digital marketing education. What gap did Acadvizen set out to fill and how has that gap evolved since you founded it?

Digital marketing is one of the fastest-growing career paths globally, yet most university systems continue to operate on outdated frameworks. For me, this gap wasn’t just an observation, it was an opportunity to build something transformational. When I founded Acadvizen, I saw students graduating with knowledge, but not with the ability to perform. The real gap was employability.

Acadvizen was designed to bridge this divide by shifting the focus from theoretical learning to hands-on, industry-driven training. Over time, this gap has evolved beyond digital marketing into a larger challenge preparing students for a technology-first world.

Today, Acadvizen equips learners from school students (3rd standard onwards) to degree graduates with integrated training in digital marketing, AI, robotics, and cybersecurity, ensuring early exposure to future careers.

With 1500+ industry collaborations, the institute has built a model where learning is directly aligned with hiring demands.

AI tools have fundamentally changed how digital marketing works from content creation to campaign analytics. How is Acadvizen keeping its curriculum ahead of this shift, so students graduate with skills that are relevant today and not already outdated?

The rise of AI has fundamentally reshaped digital marketing. From automated content creation to predictive analytics, the industry now demands professionals who can work alongside intelligent systems. At Acadvizen, staying ahead is foundational.

The curriculum is continuously updated to include:

  • AI-driven content creation and campaign automation
  • Real-time analytics and performance optimisation
  • Practical integration of AI concepts with marketing strategies
  • Exposure to robotics and automation thinking at early learning stages

But what truly sets Acadvizen apart is its global perspective.

Through virtual international classrooms, students learn directly from industry experts across the UK, Ireland, Dubai, and Europe bringing global strategies, tools, and case studies into everyday learning. This exposure changes how students think. They don’t just learn tools, they understand industries.

The Campus to Career Summit positions industry and academia as co-creators of graduate employability. As a skills-first institution, what does Acadvizen bring to this conversation, and what does Karnataka’s higher education system need to borrow from the way specialised institutes like yours operate?

As conversations around employability gain momentum, platforms like the Campus to Career Summit are pushing for stronger collaboration between academia and industry.

Acadvizen already operates within this model. Its skills-first framework includes :

  • Live project execution and campaign-based learning
  • Industry mentorship and networking opportunities
  • Continuous performance tracking and feedback
  • Dedicated placement-focused training pathways

For me, the mission is deeply personal. With over a decade of experience in digital marketing and placements, my goal has always been to create real career outcomes. Education should lead somewhere.
