KKR-backed Lighthouse Learning Group is set to acquire Pathways School Gurgaon, one of India’s leading International Baccalaureate (IB) schools, in a deal valued at around ₹1,500 crore. The transaction is being regarded as one of the largest deals in India’s K-12 education sector.

The acquisition aligns with Lighthouse Learning’s strategy to expand its presence in premium school education. Formerly known as EuroKids International, the group has been actively growing its K-12 portfolio through acquisitions and partnerships across India.

Pathways School Gurgaon is recognized as one of India’s top IB institutions and has built a strong reputation for international education and student-centered learning. The acquisition is expected to strengthen Lighthouse Learning’s position in the premium education segment.
