• Entries must be submitted using the available designated entry submission form.

• Ranking will be done on the basis of content provided by the University Representatives & Online voting (Open for people from education background only) along with the information available on public domain.
• Ranking Decisions taken by digitalLEARNING are final and digitalLEARNING will not be held responsible for any positioning in ranking in any condition
• digitalLEARNING reserves the right to call off or reschedule the ranking issue at any time.
