Ranking Parameters of private engineering institutions:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The first parameter describes how efficient and learned are the college faculties. It includes their teaching and industry experience as well. Number of full time and visiting faculties is also part of the parameter.<\/p>\n

Students and admissions defined the sanctioned intake and actual intake of students in the institute. The process followed for the admission is also taken into account while ranking a college.<\/p>\n

In the process, the institutes have been ranked on the basis of infrastructure, facilities and learning. The hostel facility in the college, library, laboratories, workshops and other facilities come under this ranking parameter.<\/p>\n

Learning includes a number of available engineering branches, accreditations from various government and non-government organisations and global collaborations with foreign universities and MNCs.<\/p>\n

The last parameter, Output has been done by giving 75 per cent importance to placement and 25 per cent to alumni. In placement, the college is ranked on the basis number of students placed, average salary package, list of hiring companies, students opted for entrepreneurship and for higher education.<\/p>\n

In alumni, marks are given to number of alumni meets, alumni status and industry interface.<\/p>\n
