CBSE affiliation system to be restructured
The membership system for CBSE schools is being restructured by the Central Board of Secondary Education and the process is digitized on the basis of data analysis with the least human intervention. Pokhriyal: NEP can lift education to new heights
Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal said that the conventional form of education has seen great upheaval in the form of the New Education Policy-2020 (NEP).This will allow students not only to choose the content and duration of their studies, but also to help them bravely face real-world situations, Nishank said in her convocation speech at Avinshilingam University for Women, which was held virtually.
Not in favour of extra attempt for UPSC: Centre to SC
Decision on whether or not aspirants would get an ‘extra attempt’ for the UPSC Civil Services examination 2021 now lies with the Supreme Court. Before the hearing, the center announced that it was not in favor of giving applicants another chance. Many had appealed to the Apex court to authorize another attempt, as many were unable to attend or prepare due to the pandemic.
UP will provide free coaching for many competitive exams
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced the launch of an ambitious free training program to help students prepare for various competitions.The free training center called “Abhyudaya” will begin next Basant Panchmi on the day of worship to the Goddess of Learning, Saraswati, Adityanath said during his speech on the founding day of the state.
