MindParlour, The UAE based leading player in the HR services arena, is planning to set up a chain of IT finishing schools in metros and other cities in India to provide world-class training to students.
The first school will come up at Kochi in January 2008, followed by schools in Coimbatore, New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad. The company is planning to bring out 1,000 employable IT graduates from the Kochi centre in the first year, said, C.K. Sharma, Chief Resource Officer of MindParlour.
The target is to train 20,000 IT graduates by 2010. Besides, it is also planning to set up a full-fledged independent finishing school campus in Kochi by 2009 and will investment around Rs 15 crore. The company’s HR interventions include training, coaching, mentoring corporates, students, businessmen.
