The newly founded King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia is organising a three day KAUST IT summit called the Next Generation Cyber-Infrastructure.
A number of experts and organisations in computer science, e-scinence, data intensive supercomputing and internet scale system are set to meet in Saudi Arabia. Among them are Amazon.com, yahoo, mircrosoft, University of Washington, University of California and many more. The Summit seeks to adress the computational e-scinece, the challenges and requirements of information and communication technologies to support research and education at KAUST.
