A new online test is to be held in February next year, by the All India Management Association (AIMA), to evaluate B-School students on their employability in line with the current industry trends. The test is to check the readiness and aptitude of the applicants before they begin their journey in the corporate world, mentioned Sanjiv Goenka, President, AIMA. The Management Aptitude and Skills Test (MAST) will address the employers' long-time grievance of poor employability of a large number of fresh management graduates, he said. MAST would be held February 20, 2011 all over India. It is an online test. The MAST has benefits both for employers and students. The employers will have the opportunity to choose students with the right skill. It also makes the recruitment process cost effective and efficient.
