The talent acquisition team can stay connected with the candidates through the entire interview by video calls and still can connect on a real-time basis with the candidates. This approach helped us get into a mode where there is no physical exposure between the candidate and interviewer. WebEx also gives us the ability to record these interviews (with candidate’s consent) so that we can audit how the interviews are going on.
