This helps the candidates attend interviews from their home or any remote location. This decision was taken after consenting with the leadership and managerial teams whether they were ok to make hiring decisions over WebEx. The talent acquisition team can stay connected with the candidates through the entire interview by video calls and still can connect on a real-time basis with the candidates. This approach helped us get into a mode where there is no physical exposure between the candidate and interviewer. WebEx also gives us the ability to record these interviews (with candidate’s consent) so that we can audit how the interviews are going on. The usage of our online assessment test has been increased as part of the hiring process especially for the IT & Tech roles, to quickly filter and move candidates to the next level.
