The National Institute of Open Learning (NIOS) has officially released the NIOS October Exam 2020 datesheet for the upcoming exams. As per the timetable released, NIOS Board will hold the conduct the 2020 theoretical board exams from 22nd January to 15th February 2021. Datesheets are available at nios.ac.in.
As per the notification, two different NIOS datesheets have been released i.e. one for All India Exam Centres and Other for Overseas Exam Centres.
The datesheet announced today by NIOS is for the October 2020 exam which has been delayed significantly due to COVID-19 pandemic and will now be held in January – February 2021. In line with this, the board has announced that the practical exams for Classes 10 and 12 will be held from 12th to 25th January 2021, followed by theory exam papers from 22nd January to 15th February 2021.

Due to the pandemic situation, the NIOS has planned to hold practical exams in small batches for the students with complete adherence to the COVID-19 guidelines and SOPs. The detailed schedule for practical exams will be decided by the laboratory co-ordinator in accordance with the capacity of each laboratory.
Although NIOS has officially not conveyed any specific date or timeline for the declaration of NIOS October 2020 Exam results, going by the general trend, students can expect results to be out by 6 weeks of the completion of the exams. NIOS 10th and 12th Result 2020 will be published online on the official website i.e. nios.ac.in and also made available with accredited institutions.
