In my role as Pro-Chancellor of Chitkara University, I emphasise the pivotal role of international collaborations in cultivating a globalized education environment. Such partnerships broaden students’ perspectives, enhance academic diversity, and foster a cross-cultural exchange of ideas. Notable collaborations include strategic alliances with renowned international institutions such as Deakin University, Australia; George Brown College, Canada; University of Windsor, Canada and TRENT University, Canada; facilitating student and faculty exchanges, joint research projects, and shared educational resources. These partnerships not only elevate the university’s academic standing but also contribute to a vibrant learning ecosystem, preparing students to thrive in an interconnected world.
