BSNL, Tamil Nadu Telecom circle in India, will soon introduce a number of value-added services like location-based service on mobile and e-learning through broadband. BSNL would introduce interactive e-learning on its broadband network to give tuitions to Class 10 and 12 students.
Keeping in mind that BSNL services were preferred by customers, despite competition from the private sector, the Corporation will introduce specially designed value-added services. Doctors and hospitals' data would be available on mobile phones. Similarly, its customers visiting new places at odd hours would be able to locate lodges and other facilities easily by utilising the location-based service, which would be introduced in a few months. The data would be periodically updated, based on the requirements of customers.
