Salesforce has partnered with the ICT Academy, a Government of India initiative, to train and certify educators from more than 200 institutes across India.
In another initiative, Salesforce will train over 1,00,000 students in the skills required in today’s job market by large and small businesses through its free online learning Platform – Trailhead.

Salesforce along with ICT Academy will train educators by conducting workshops at the member institutions of ICT Academy across India.
Salesforce Business Administration Specialist Course will be offered to the computer science and management graduates to give them an introduction to the Salesforce ecosystem, the company said. The programme will help strengthen skills for candidates who would like to work as Developers, System Administrators, Architects, Marketing Managers, Business Analyst and Sales Operations Professionals, it said.
