Rajasthan Government has appointed Om Prakash Kasera as the Director of Primary Education Department and Panchayati Raj (Primary Education), Bikaner.
In another bureaucratic reshuffle under the newly formed Government of Rajasthan led by chief minister Ashok Gehlot, 21 IAS officers have been transferred in the State.
Kasera was earlier appointed as the District Magistrate of Pratapgarh district in Rajasthan.
He had participated in various events organised by Elets Tecnomedia Pvt Ltd such as 2nd Annual Healthcare Summit Rajasthan in 2016 and Smart City Summit in Kota in September, 2017.
