
With the cancellation of Class 10th and 12th examinations, CBSE has informed the Supreme Court to release 10th Result 2020 and CBSE 12th Result 2020 by July 15, 2020 based on internal assessments. Today, during the final hearing on the matter of cancellation of CBSE Board Exam 2020, the board confirmed that it plans to the apex court.
Earlier, the board declared the assessment scheme for students. The board will evaluate the student’s performance based on the exams conducted in March 2020.
Students who have completed all the CBSE Classes 10, 12 exams will get the results based on their performance in the exams. However, for the students who appeared for more than 3 exams will get results based on their performance in the average of the best 3 subjects.

On Thursday, the board cancelled the remaining CBSE 2020 Class 10 and 12 examinations. The Solicitor General told the Supreme Court on Thursday, June 25, 2020, that the pending exams for both the classes have been cancelled.
Solicitor General Tushar Mehta appearing for @HRDMinistry and @cbseindia29 submitted that class X will have no exams whereas for Class XII there will be an option of a board exam at a later date. However for both X & XII, the marks obtained in past 3 exams will be assessed
