Rajasthan state government has appointed 2007 batch IAS Officer, Bishnu Charan Mallick as Managing Director, Rajasthan Skill & Livelihoods Development Corporation.
Earlier, he was excise commissioner for govt of Rajasthan.
Bhawani Singh Detha has been allocated Finance Budget to Autonomous Government Secretary, Mugdha Sinha to Art Literature, Culture and Archeology Department and Jawahar Kala Kendra Director General Gayatri Rathore to Social Justice and Empowerment Department, T. Ravikant.

The list is out on the recommendation of the Gehlot government, in which 103 IAS have been changed, in which collectors of many districts and heads of almost all major departments have been changed.
