Pawan Kumar Goyal is appointed as the new Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), School Education, Language and Library Department, Government of Rajasthan.

Goyal has been transferred to this position currently. He is a 1988 batch IAS officer, who was working as the Chairman of Indira Gandhi Canal Board before the transfer.
