Product details
The educational programmes that we promote in India include:
1) E-Blocks – English language Lab for Juniors (2 ½ yrs – 10 yrs) – English the right way @ the right age.
Based on the principle of learning by doing, this innovative programme offers students a unique opportunity to learn as well as improve their spoken and written ability in English. The E-Blocks system consists of a software package, a sensory panel with 15 pockets, plastic blocks with various colours, letters, shapes imprinted on them, flash cards and reproducible activities. With the help of visual and auditory stimuli, children are introduced to letters, words, sentences and paragraphs. They then make a response based on the learning activity selected by the instructor. Responses are made by inserting blocks into the pockets of the sensory panel. The programme evaluates students’ performance and provides immediate feedback. A detailed report is then generated, which includes numeric scores and identification of areas in which improvement is needed.
E-Blocks has been modeled on scientific knowledge in the fields of linguistics and cognitive science. It is used in numerous countries around the world and has won several awards, including the World Summit Award (WSA) in 2005 from the United Nations for the best e-learning solution in education.
2) Virtual 3D Interactive Models (Interactive 3D content for Interactive White Boards)
This innovative programme makes it possible for students to acquire scientific concepts in Geography, Biology, and Chemistry by interacting with realistic 3D images on the computer screen. It provides total control over what teachers and learners are able to do with these models. They can zoom in on any part of the displayed image, manipulate it as they wish, and explore it from any angle. The programme thus makes even the most challenging scientific concepts easy to acquire. They are flexible and adaptable to any curriculum or syllabus.
The programme has won numerous accolades, including the Barcelona’s Innova and Worlddidac 2006 Award.
