Burnei based BiTEX and its subsidiary Leading Edge Technologies, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Winner Computer, one of Myanmar's leading IT companies.
BiTEX said this bilateral agreement will help them in realising their vision and mission which will soon be delivered with innovative automated learning system, the e-learning Education System (e-LES). BiTEX programmes lead to internationally recognised certifications such as NCC's international certificates in Computer Studies, diplomas, advanced diplomas and other British Computer Society qualifications.
