A computer literacy course for college teachers and e-learning centre of some institution was launched at the Oinam Ibohal Polytechnic, Imphal in India . The course is being sponsored by the directorate of university and higher education, government of Manipur.
Altogether 20 teachers representing different colleges are taking part in the course.
