Founded in 2005, digitalLearning’s mission is to raise awareness about how Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is playing a seminal role in enhancing the scope, reach and quality of education. We believe that a robust, independent and credible ranking system for education courses and programmes will create greater transparency in the education sector, and enable all stakeholders to make informed decisions. The ranking will also enable exchange of good practices and support improvement in the quality of education being delivered.
