The British Council Oman has hold two days workshops each on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with the participant of officials from the Ministry of Education and teachers from the country.
The workshops were organised by an ICT in education adviser, British Council UK, and an educational consultant, Rages Ltd, London-UK. An official from the training department at the Ministry of Education, Bahrain said that the aim of these workshops is to prepare teacher-trainers to raise awareness of the international dimension of education and to show how ICT can support and enrich collaborative work between schools in different countries.
