JECRC has tied up with KPMG for their BCom and BBA programmes. There are three major reasons for this tie-up: To give more value for money to the student, expose the student to global accounting standards and finance systems so that in the new Post WTO regime our graduate retains his/her competitive edge in the international labor market and emerges as a business leader in the post-WTO Regime in which India is placed.
A Research Center for Social and Management Sciences is being set up in the School of Humanities and shall be active and in full swing by the summer of 2014.
On completion of the B Com +KPMG, BBA + KPMG and B Sc Economics programmes some of the graduates may opt to go to Europe for Masters Degree. The minimum required for entrance is a four year undergraduate experience whereas the Indian Degree gives three year exposure. Hence JU will give one extra year by way of Junior Research Internship at the Research Center for Social and Management Sciences accompanied by a certificate to enable the four year mandatory requirement to be met without the student having to register for an Indian Masters Degree.
