CBSE Board Examination 2020: Class 10 results to be announced on this date

CBSE Board Examination 2020

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that it will release the result for class 10 board examinations in the month of May.

The dates of the examination have been announced, it will commence on February 15 and will end on March 20. In 2019, the result was declared on May 6 and this year as well it is expected to be released around the same date.

The student appearing for the examination can download the result from CBSE official website, cbse.nic.in by entering their roll number, date of birth, school number, center number and admit card number.

16th World Education Summit concludes on a High Note

The 16th Edition of World Education Summit, Hyderabad, India’s biggest event on innovation concuded today. The two-day summit was organised by Elets Technomedia & digitalLEARNING Magazine, in association with the Department of Collegiate & Technical Education, Government of Telangana and Telangana State Council of Higher Education.

The two-day summit, held on February 21-22, 2020, started with a stellar inaugural session themed around ‘Artificial Intelligence (AI): A game-changer for Indian Education System’.

Navin Mittal, Commissioner, Department of Collegiate & Technical Education, Government of Telangana, graced the event with his presence and while congratulating the Elets Technomedia for organising the event on such a large scale and talking about the education in Telangana state and it’s rise he said: “We are increasingly using AI in our day to day life. Space for a human being is increasingly shrinking. That calls for a lot of thought process about what exactly will determine our future. Creativity and innovation are two major things that I think will determine our future. This is something which has to become the focus.”

Dr. Ravi Gupta, Editor-in-chief, digitalLearning Magazine and CEO, Elets Technomedia Pvt Ltd, welcomed the esteemed dignitaries at 16th World Education Summit, Hyderabad. He said, “Hyderabad is a Karam Bhumi of Elets Technomedia. The agenda of this summit and elets is the same — we aim to create an ecosystem in knowledge sharing and spreading the ideas of Innovation.”

Talking on the implementation of AI in education sector, Dr Neetu Bhagat, Deputy Director (Policy & Academic Planning Bureau), All India Council for Technical Education (#AICTE), Government of India, said “Approved intake, students enrolled, students passed and students campus placements for both degree and diploma programmes in technical education has come down since 2012. India is the youngest country, with 65% of the population ready to get employed. But the biggest trouble is employability. There are a lot of reasons for it some are: lack of skilled teachers, old teaching methods, old curriculum, etc. AICTE is taking several initiatives to improve this situation some of them are making it mandatory for colleges to get accreditation.”

Speaking on the same line, Syed Omer Jaleel, CEO & Secretary, Telangana State Board of Intermediate EducationGovernment of Telangana, said “AI is the buzz word right now all over the world. It is affecting all the sectors including Education. In the state of Telangana, our board has been using AI to process the results and this year, we are going to include hand-printed texts (ICR), recognition of optical marks (OMR) to process our results. Every student’s needs also change and one teacher cannot furnish it. However, AI can help remove these boundaries and extend their scope of learning according to the student’s needs and aspirations.”

16th World Education Summit begins on a High Note

EFLU entrance examination admit card 2020 released

EFLU admit card 2020

The English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU) has announced the release of the admit card for the entrance examination 2020 to be held for Postgraduate, Teacher Education courses, Post Graduate Diploma in Translation, and Research Porgrammes courses.

The admit card was released on the official website of the University i.e. efluniversity.ac.in. Students can download and check the hall ticket from the above-mentioned website.

The entrance examination for the mentioned courses will be held on February 29 and March 1, 2020, across various centers in the country.

Rajasthan University: UG examination admit card 2020 released

Rajasthan University Admit Card

Rajasthan University has announced that it has released the UG examinations admit card 2020 on its official website.

The University of Rajasthan has released the admit cards for the BA Additional, BA Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 examination. Those who are appearing for the above-mentioned examination can check and download their respective admit cards from the university official website.

As per the notification, the UG examination will be held on March 2, 2020, onwards. The candidates have to download the admit card from univraj.org.

CBSE Board Examination 2020: Important notification for private candidates

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), has notified all the Centre Superintendents to let the private candidates appear in the respective exams, even if their admit card for the examination has not been duly signed by the Principal.

However, only those private candidates will be allowed for the examination whose admit card will carry the signature of their parent and student on the same provided for the signature of the principal.

The CBSE said that it is being done to avoid undue hardship to the private candidates who will be appearing for Class 10 and 12 Board examination.

“In order to avoid undue hardship to private candidates who are going to appear in Class X & XII Examinations-2020, all the Centre Superintendents of the Examination Centres, are instructed to allow private candidates to appear in the respective examination(s), even if their admit card has not been signed by the Principal,” said Dr Sanyam Bhardwaj, Controller of Examinations, as per the reports.

“However, parent & candidate must have signed on Admit Card in the space provided for the same,” he added.

IGNOU TEE Exam Results 2019 expected to be announced today

IGNOU TEE Exam Results 2019

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is expected to announce the December Term End Exam (TEE) Result 2019 today, as per the reports.

Candidates can check their results by visiting the official website i.e. ignou.ac.in.

IGNOU had announced the ‘Early Declaration’ Result for December TEE Examination 2019 on January 31, 2020.

In 2019, the December Term End Exam Result was announced within a week by IGNOU after the declaration of the Early Declaration Result.

SSC CGL admit card to be released on this date

SSC CGL admit card 2020

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) CGL admit card will be released soon as the examination is in just 15 days.

The hall ticket will be released for all the students who have applied for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL).

The admit card will be released on the official website i.e. ssc.nic.in. Students can download the same by entering their roll number.

The examination will be held from March 2, 2020 to March 11, 2020.
