First time the Fund for the Support of Genocide Survivors (FARG) is using ICT to select needy survivor students countrywide for the year 2007.< ?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

According to Juventus Rutebuka, the official in Charge of FARG at Rusizi district, this is an ICT oriented program and it will help to save the fund resources. ICT will help to create database of needy students. FARG is supporting the 3744 students established by the New Times in the district.
