After a legacy of technological bliss, IBM has bagged a 10-year outsourcing deal from Caparo India for providing enterprise resource planning and data centre infrastructure services. Caparo chose to host the data centre on IBM's Power Systems in a cloud model over competitor HP systems because the IBM solution will lower its upfront investments up to Rs 1 crore, IBM said in a statement.
