To provide education to all, Dr Alok Shukla, Additional Chief Secretary, School Education & Chairman, Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education, Government of Chhattisgarh has new initiative. The Additional Chief Secretary’s website has over 1500 video lessons and PDF for students. Chhattisgarh is one of the poorest states in the country and students who cannot afford smartphones for classes, can get all the study materials from Dr Alok Shukla’s website.
His website contains websites of schools, poems, records of blood donors, citizen doctors, Hindi dictionary and many more.
Dr Shukla, a surgeon is 1986 batch Chhattisgarh cadre IAS officer. Dr Shukla is the recipient of award for Excellence in Public Administration from Prime Minister of India. He has also served as Deputy Election Commissioner of India.
He is also the editor and publisher of first medical journal of Chhattisgarh – Chikitsak.
