
The Uttar Pradesh government has decided to reopen colleges, universities and other educational institutions in the state as of February 15. All colleges, universities, and other colleges must reopen in accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines from the center and the state government.
All of these institutes reopened with restrictions on November 23, 2020, but now all universities, colleges and other educational institutions will operate normally from next week.
According to the communication letter published between university officials, all teachers and students must wear face masks. Along with this, social distancing is tracked by students sitting six feet away. All institutes must guarantee hygiene and thermal digitization.

The higher education department has asked educational institutions to completely renovate the campus before reopening. If a student, teacher, or staff member exhibits symptoms of a cough, cold, or fever, they should be sent home with first aid. If a student or employee shows symptoms of COVID-19, immediate testing should be done and the results recorded.
Meanwhile, the state government has reopened public schools for grades 6-8 as of February 10, 2021. The Yogi government has created SOPs to ensure the health and safety of students, teachers, and staff. Other non-teaching personnel from the state who will attend schools. Schools in grades 1-5 will reopen on March 1, 2021.
