ProLearn Secures ₹30 Crore Pre-Seed Funding

ProLearn

Bengaluru-based edtech startup ProLearn has raised ₹30 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by BEENEXT, with participation from Eximius Ventures, Antler, and a group of angel investors. The funding will support the company’s mission to build an AI-native learning platform for K-12 students and competitive exam aspirants.

Founded in 2026 by former Vedantu executive Ravneet Singh, ProLearn is developing an AI-powered learning companion designed to deliver personalized and adaptive learning experiences. The platform aims to help students preparing for exams such as JEE, NEET, UPSC, and CAT through real-time, conversational AI-based support.

The fresh capital will be used to strengthen ProLearn’s AI and reasoning infrastructure, expand curriculum-aligned content, hire talent across AI, product, and growth functions, and accelerate go-to-market initiatives ahead of its public launch.

According to the company, its AI-native approach seeks to move beyond traditional online learning models by creating a personalized tutor that can listen, explain concepts, and adapt to individual learning styles in real time. The startup plans to expand subject coverage and support multiple Indian languages as it scales its offerings.

The funding underscores growing investor confidence in AI-driven education solutions and highlights the increasing role of artificial intelligence in reshaping the future of learning in India.
