The Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education (BTEUP) will be announcing the UP Polytechnic Diploma results for different semesters today, i.e. Aug 13, 2019.
Most likely, the students of UP Polytechnic Diploma from 2nd, 4th, 6th semester will be able to check their results on the official website of UP BTE Polytechnic.
Results for the even semesters will be announced as the exams were being conducted in May and June. On the other hand, the odd semester examinations like 1st, 3rd and 5th semester will be conducted in November and December. The back papers exam was also held in May and June this year.
Before the change in the date for releasing results, it was slated to be released on Tuesday, August 11, but the Board went ahead with the decision to declare results after Eid-al-Adha which is August 13, 2019.
The UP BTE offers different courses for different durations such as one year, two-year diploma or three- year degree courses including PG courses. This year the merit list shall be declared in line with the one year, two year or three-year courses. Up till now, students pursuing short duration courses could not make it to the merit list as it was declared jointly. This system will see a change from this year onwards as the toppers’ list shall be declared separately.
