Punjab Board class 12th result has been announced by the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) on May 11, 2019 at a press conference in Mohali.

Students appeared for PSEB class 12th board exams can check their results on websites: pseb.ac.in and indiaresult.com

Out of the three lakh students appeared in PSEB class 12th board eaxams, 86.41% have passed the exam. This year, girls have performed better than the boys as their pass percentage is 90.86% whereas that of boys is 82.83%.

Punjab Board class 12 exams were conducted from March 1 to March 27, 2019. In 2018, PSAB had declared the resut on April 29. Girls outperformed boys last year as well in the PSEB class 12 results with pass percentage 78.25%. The pass percentage among boys was 60.46%

On May 08, PSEB Class 10 results were announced by the board in which 85.56 per cent students cleared the examination. In 2018, the overall pass percentage was recorded as 59.47 per cent.

The PSEB 12th result 2019 is expected to be announced today by the Punjab School Education Board. As per media reports, the results will be declared at 11:30 a.m. in a press conference.

Students can check the result at PSEB’s official website: pseb.ac.in once declared by the board. Besides, the Punjab Board has also roped in indiaresults.com to host the PSEB Class 12 results.

Follow the steps to check PSEB Class 12th results:

Step 1: Visit the official website: pseb.ac.in or any alternative website

Step 2: Click on the ‘results’ tab

Step 3: Enter the required details: Name, Roll No, School Code etc

Step 4: Click on Submit. The results will be displayed on your screen.

Step 5: Download the result card for future reference

The PSEB had conducted the Class 12 Examination from 1 March to 1 April. In order to pass the
examination, candidates need to score at least 35 per cent marks in the subject.

Notably, from 2018 onwards the Punjab Board had abolished the “marks moderation system” under which grace marks were given to students to increase their pass percentage.

On May 08, PSEB Class 10 results were announced by the board in which 85.56 per cent students cleared the examination. In 2018, the overall pass percentage was recorded as 59.47 per cent.

For class 12, the overall pass percentage in 2018 was 65.97 per cent.

AP SSC or class 10 exam result 2019 is likely to be announced by the Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh (BSEAP) on May 14, 2019.

In 2019, around 6 lakh students appeared for the AP SSC or class 10th board exam. It is likely that the evaluation process of answers sheets is over and now only the result is left to be declared.

Earlier, there were speculations that the AP class 10 board exam result may get delayed as the Directorate of Government Examination officials were busy with the ongoing general elections.

“Whole results preparation process took time as the officials were busy with the election duty as part of the general and state elections which were held on April 11,” an official said on condition of anonymity.

BSEAP had conducted SSC examination from March 18, 2019 to April 2, 2019.

In 2018, AP SSC result was announced on April 29 with pass percentage of 94.48%. The pass percentage for boys was 84.41% whereas the same for girls was 94.56%.

CBSE DigiLocker: Steps to register & download Class 10 th & 12 th marksheets

The digital certificates of CBSE Class 10 and Class 12, 2019 board examination are now available online for download on DigiLocker.

Students who have appeared for CBSE Class 10 and 12 exams this year or previous year can access their mark sheets, migration certificates, and other educational documents through DigiLocker at digilocker.gov.in.

For the uninitiated, DigiLocker is a Government of India initiative and contains the documents from 2016, which can be easily accessed by the students.

In order to access the documents, students will need to register themselves on DigiLocker either through a phone number or their Aadhaar number. Then, documents such as mark sheet, migration and passing certificate can be downloaded.

Interestingly, these documents downloaded from DigiLocker can be furnished and are acceptable as originals for admission to undergraduate programmes.

1. Visit the official website on digilocker.gov.in or through UMANG app.

2. Sign up using your mobile phone number.

3. You will receive the message with the account credentials.

4. Thereafter, enter your Aadhaar number and CBSE roll number.

5. After successful registration, students can check their mark sheets, migration certificate and pass
certificate.

The documents can be downloaded or shared with requester who then can verify the same.

Notably, CBSE had declared the Class 12 results on May 2 whereas Class 10 results were announced on May 6, 2019. The documents for Class 12 Result 2019 have been already issued by the board.

However, the printed copy of their documents is yet to be provided to the respective schools from where students can collect it. Besides CBSE, CISCE documents are also released on DigiLocker for ICSE and ISC results.

Chhattisgarh Board declares CGBSE 10th, 12th Results 2019

CGBSE 10th, 12th Results 2019 have been declared by the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) on May 10, 2019 at 1 PM. The declaration has been done by the State Minister in a press conference.

The students can check the results at the board’s official website cgbse.net. If the website is taking longer to load, then students can login to alternative websites: results.cg.nic.in or indiaresults.com.

As per the official data, over eight lakh candidates have appeared for the Class 10 and Class 12 examination, which was held from March 1 to 29, 2019.

Vellore Institute of Technology has begin the counselling process for admission to its undergraduate engineering courses (B Tech) from May 9, 2019.

The students who have qualified VITEEE 2019 exam and willing to take admission to VIT University can take part in VITEEE Counselling 2019.

As per the official schedule released by the university, first round of the counselling will be conducted from May 9 – 15, 2019. Students ranked between 1 to 10,000 have to attend VITEEE Counselling 2019 on May 9. Counselling of students ranked between 10,001 to 30,000 will be conducted on May 10, for ranks 30,001 to 50,000 on May 12, for ranks 50,001 to 70,000 on May 13 and for ranks 70,001 to 90,000 and the rest on May 14 and 15 respectively.

It is mandatory for all the students to carry their VITEEE 2019 admit card along with other documents and certificates mentioned below.

The candidate should produce the following documents in original along with two-set of photocopies while  reporting for counselling:

JKBOSE Class 10 & Class 12 Results 2019 to be announced by the Board soon

JKBOSE Class 10 & class 12 results for the Jammu province are likely to be announced by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) soon.

Though, there is no official confirmation about the result declaration date yet, the reports indicate that the board is planning to release the same in the next week.

Notably, JKBOSE had announced the Class 10 bi-annual results for Kashmir division on Wednesday May 8, 2019. Post that, speculations started building around the pending results of JKBOSE Class 10 and Class 12 for Jammu region.

Students who have appeared in the examination can check their results at the official website of JKBOSE: jkbose.ac.in. Alternatively, the results can also be viewed at examresults.net, results.gov.in and indiaresults.com, once they are announced by the board.

The original mark-sheets of JKBOSE result 2019 will be made available to the respective schools from where the students will be required to collect them.

The Class 10th board exam for Jammu province was conducted from 2nd March to 24th March whereas Class 12 exams were held from 1st March to 25th March. Last year, the overall pass percentage in JKBOSE 10th result was 75.44% while JKBOSE Class 12 result 2018 had an overall pass percentage of 51.77%.

WBBSE to announce West Bengal Madhyamik Result 2019 on May 21

The West Bengal Madhyamik or Class 10 exams 2019 result will be announced by West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) on May 21, 2019.

Students who had appeared in the exam can check their scores on the official websites: wbbse.org or wbresults.nic.in.

Kalyanmoy Ganguly, President, WBBSE, said, “The board will declare the results at a press conference on May 21 at 9 am. Students can get the results on the website at 10 am.”

Ganguly also stated, “The marks sheets will be distributed to the principals of schools from 11 am on May 21.

In 2019, more than 10.6 lakh students appeared for the West Bengal Madhyamik Madhyamik exams conducted from February 12 – 22.

Last year, the board announced the West Bengal board Class 10 results on June 6. With more than 11 lakh students appeared in the exam in 2018, overall pass percentage was 85.49%.

The board allows students to opt for re-checking or re-evaluation. Students can apply for it. Final marks after changes will be updated in the original marks sheet.

The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) is set to announce the Class 10 and Class 12 examination results on May 10, 2019. The results are likely to be released in the afternoon around 1 pm.

Notably, the board will be declaring the results for both Class 10 and Class 12 at the same time.

Candidates who have appeared in the Chhattisgarh Board Class 10 and Class 12 exams can check their results online at CGBSE’s official website: cgbse.net or results.cg.nic.in, after the board’s announcement.

This year, more than 6 lakh students are awaiting the results for the CGBSE Class 10 th and Class 12 th. As per records, around 3.88 lakh students appeared in the Class 10 examination while 2.66 lakh sat in the Class 12 exams.

Chhattisgarh Board had conducted the Class 10 exam from March 1 to 23 and Class 12 exam from March
2 to 29. Last year, the pass percentage for Class 10 was 68.6% whereas 77% students passed the Class 12
examination.

CBSE Class 10 Exam Results 2019: Re-evaluation, verification & re-checking process to begin tomorrow

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to begin the re-evaluation, verification and rechecking for CBSE Class 10 Exam Results from May 10, 2019.

The board had declared the results for Class 10 examination on May 06 in which nearly 18 lakh candidates appeared. 91.10% students were successfully passed.

Students who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for the CBSE rechecking or revaluation. Applicants are advised to visit CBSE’s official website to know the status of verification request.

Candidates can apply online for the verification of marks from by paying a processing fee of Rs 500. The window is open from May 10 to May 15 (before 5 PM) for the same.

On the other hand, for re-evaluation, students can apply between May 31 and June 1 (before 5 PM) by paying a processing fee of Rs 100. Notably, request for re-evaluation will be accepted only for the theory portion.

Apart from this, a processing fee of Rs 500 is applicable for students who wish to obtain a photocopy of their answer sheets. They can apply for the same between May 27 and 28.

However, only those candidates who will apply for verification of Marks Online will be eligible to apply for obtaining photocopy of answer book(s) in that/those subject(s).

In case of change in marks, the students will have to submit the answer book and the revised version will be issued to them later.

“In cases where there is change in marks (increase or decrease), such candidates shall have to surrender the mark sheet which is in their possession. Thereafter, they shall be issued a new Mark sheet,” reads an official notification issued by CBSE.

CBSE will upload the status of revaluation on the website post which a formal letter will be issued by speed post. Post that no appeal or review against the re-evaluation would be entertained by the board.
