Brunei Govt. allocates $5.4 million for IT projects in religious schools

Brunei Govt. has allocated $5.4 million for the implementation of 'Project InTeL' as a part of its e-Governance drive. < ?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

 

The project, 'Project InTeL' involves 38 religious schools in the country, which would be equipped with computer labs and tablet PCs. A total number of 42 InTeL computer labs have been set up in religious educational institutions like the religious colleges, Arab schools and religious schools. The implementation of the Project InTeL is inked between the Department of Islamic Studies and Alif Technologies Company.
