The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A) is set to host its summer school starting from June 2nd till June 7th. This is the third time that IIM-A is hosting this event. This time students from South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) countries have also applied for this student-backed initiative.
Till now 80 applicants have been shortlisted out of which 11 students are from SAARC nations. The students participating in this edition will benefit from doctoral students, researchers and faculty across the globe. Professor Amab K Laha, faculty coordinator, summer school, stated that the institute brings experts from premier institutes in order to introduce participants with research method courses. Deepika Saluja, student coordinator, summer school, informed that this event will include a stress audit workshop, documentary screening and a heritage walk by IIM-A’s Heritage Club.
