The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to declare the results of Class 10 examination on Sunday. Notably, the CBSE declared the Class 12 results on May 2 in a surprising manner, without any prior intimation. Now the speculations are rife around CBSE Class 10 results date.
The Central Board of Secondary Education had conducted the Class 10 examination from February 21 to March 29, 2019. As many as 27 lakh candidates sat for the exam.
CBSE spokesperson Rama Sharma on Friday had asserted that CBSE will announce the Class 10 result in the same manner as Class 12 result.
Once announced, the students can check the results through the official websites- results.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in and cbse.nic.in. In case the official website is taking time to load, students can view the results at partner websites bing.com and google.com.
Besides, Microsoft in collaboration with CBSE is hosting the results this year. Candidates who want to avail the facility have to download the Microsoft app – SMS Organiser and register themselves by entering their details such as: roll number, date of birth and school code. Students will get the result card on their smart phone, even without the internet connectivity.
Last year, CBSE Class 10 results were announced on 29 May. The overall pass percentage in 2018 was registered at 86.70 percent.
