In a bid to showcase the innovations, initiatives and best practices being followed across the globe in the higher education space and HR ecosystem, Elets Technomedia Pvt Ltd in association with the Government of Rajasthan is going to organise the 3rd Annual Higher & Technical Education and HR Conclave on 16-17 December, 2019.
The two-day conclave will focus on the deliberations on conducive policy framework & currents trends of education & HR ecosystem respectively.
The HE & HR conclave will be inaugurated by Shri Ashok Gehlot, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan, in the presence of Dr Subhash Garg, Hon’ble Technical & Sanskrit Education Minister, Government of Rajasthan; Shri Bhanwar Singh Bhati, Hon’ble Higher Education Minister, Government of Rajasthan; Smt. Shuchi Sharma, Secretary, Higher & Technical Education, Government of Rajasthan; Shri Pradeep Kumar Borad, Commissioner, College Education, Government of Rajasthan and many more dignitaries.
The summit will showcase various innovations of students from various parts of Rajasthan & India, creating an opportunity for students for education, employment promotion of entrepreneurial skills of students and promotion of global collaborations of Rajasthan’s educational institutes.
Key discussion points on the first day of the conclave will include: Gandhian Ideas on Education; Joyful Teaching – Joyful Learning – Joyful Youth – Turning Classrooms into Discussion Forums, Expression Channels; Meeting Faculty Needs through eLearning; Strengthening Medical Education & Research Ecosystem etc.
Key discussion points on the following day of the conclave will dwell upon: Nailing the Employee Experience; Role of HR in Innovation and Employment; Bridging the Skill in an Organizational Structure; A Paradigm Shift in the Enrollment Trends etc.
Apart from a knowledge exchange platform, a national-level Hackathon will also be organised where students from across the globe will participate in maximum numbers. Huge amount of prizes will be given to winners. More than 5000 students will participate in this Hackathon.
More than 100 top HR managers, 200 corporate and 600 colleges and universities will be showcasing the latest innovations adopted across the world at the summit.
