Candidates would also be getting a self-declaration form along with the admit card that would have to be printed, filled and signed (by candidate and guardian) before entering the exam hall. The self- declaration form has to be submitted to the invigilator at the time of examination.
Candidates would also need to bring two passport size photographs with them to the centres, which must be the same as uploaded in the application form by them. One photograph would be pasted on the admit card while the other would be submitted to the invigilator while signing for the attendance.
