Bihar ensures strict discipline in all the schools of the state. The education minister, Vijay Kumar Choudhury, said that the state government has decided to appoint headmasters in all schools.
The process to create new vacancies and posts for headmasters in all schools is underway, the minister told reporters recently. “The government is keen on bringing qualitative improvement in the educational institutions by filling up the vacant posts of teachers and ensuring infrastructural development,” he added.

The Bihar State Higher Educational Council (BSHEC) has constituted four committees that can suggest bringing much needed reforms in Bihar’s education system.
