SC to hear plea on delayed counselling process of NEET MDS

SC to hear plea

The Supreme Court to hear the plea against delay in the counselling process of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test and Masters of Dental Surgery, or NEET-MDS, by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on July 2, 2021.

This matter gathered attention after Advocates Tanvi Dubey and Charu Mathur filed a petition in the court against an “unjust and infinite delay caused by MCC”.

Last year on December 16, the exam for NEET MDS was conducted and the results were announced on December 31, 2020. Since then there has been a delay in conducting the counselling process for the postgraduate dental exam.
