BML Munjal University’s Propel Incubator, in partnership with Ideabaaz, has launched the Women in Tech Accelerator Program, a 12-week initiative aimed at supporting women-led technology startups through mentorship, industry access, investor readiness, and national visibility.
The program will support an inaugural cohort of five women-led startups developing technology-driven solutions in sectors such as artificial intelligence, DeepTech, climate tech, healthcare, MedTech, sustainability, robotics, EdTech, and social innovation.
Launched in the presence of Anna Roy, Principal Economic Advisor at NITI Aayog and Mission Director of the Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP), the initiative seeks to address challenges faced by women entrepreneurs, including limited access to funding, mentorship, industry networks, and growth opportunities.
A key highlight of the accelerator is the opportunity for select founders to showcase their ventures on Season 2 of Ideabaaz, gaining exposure to investors, industry leaders, and a national television audience.
Speaking on the launch, Davinder Singh, CEO – Incubation and Professor at BML Munjal University, said the program aims to equip women entrepreneurs with the resources and support needed to transform innovative ideas into scalable businesses. Mudit Kumar, Co-Founder and COO of Ideabaaz, added that the initiative will help talented women founders access valuable networks and opportunities to accelerate growth.
