Tamil Nadu 12th Result Declared: Pass percentage over 91%

The results for Tamil Nadu HSE+2 2019 has been declared by the Directorate of Government Examinations at the official websites,, and Students can check the results by submitting their details on these websites.

The result of the examination, which was held between 1st March and 19th March, 2019, witnessed a pass percentage of 91.3%.

Once again, girls have surpassed the boys with the pass percentage of 93.64% whereas the same for the boys is 88.57%.

If we talk about district-vise results, Tiruppur tops the chart with 95.37% while Erode stands second with 95.23% and Perambalur secured third spot with 95.15% in the list.

According to the media reports, TN Class 12th Examination 2019, , saw 96.25% of students passing in Mathematics while only 95.27% of students have made it in Computer Science. Talking about scorecard of other subjects – 94.12% passed Tamil subject, 93.89% succeed to achieve positive result in Biology, 93.83% got cleared in English, whereas Chemistry examination was passed by 94.88% students.

Besides, TN +1 Results, 2019 will be announced on 8th May whereas SSLC or Secondary School Leaving Certificate exam results will be declared on 29th April.
