In the wake of Coronavirus epidemic, Kerala State Planning Board has announced to provide two months postgraduate internship to the students. The internship will be for postgraduate programme or those who have completed the degree within one last year. The students who are pursuing M.Phil or PhD from a recognized university or institute in India can also apply for the internship programme.
The duration of the internship will be two months and the programme will start on July 21. The selected candidates will be attached with members or chiefs of the state planning board and will get to know details about the government schemes and programmes.

The internship will be provided in different 13 areas, Agriculture, Education, Environment and Climate Change, Urban Development, Welfare and SC, ST, Disaster Management, Industry and Infrastructure, Rural Development, Local Self Government, Social Justice and Development, Water Resources and Drinking Water, Health, Nutrition, Women and Child Development and Skill Development and Employment.
The last date for filling the internship application is June 25. Candidates can send the filled application to KSPB at internshipspb2020@gmail.com.
After successfully completing the internship and on approval of the report by the officials to whom it is attached, a certificate will be issued to the interns. The postgraduate students will receive an amount of Rs 24,000 and PhD or M.Phil students will receive Rs 30,000 as a stipend.
