NTA: No students being sent back from exam centres

Refuting all rumours, National Testing Agency (NTA) has informed the students through its official twitter account that no candidate in Lucknow has been turned back from the JEE Main 2020 exam centre. The Agency also asked students to beware of the fake news or false information regarding the centres in the capital of Uttar Pradesh that had been circulating from quite some time on social media.

The National Testing Agency clarified, ” this is false information. There are no exams scheduled in Krishna Nagar and Jankipuram Extension centres today. Exams have been/ are being organised as planned in other centres of Lucknow.”

The students must note that the Joint Entrance Examination, JEE Main 2020 is being conducted from September 1, 2020, to September 6, 2020, across the country. Students who have applied for the examination have been allotted a slot and time for the exam. The exam for B.Arch and B. Planning is also being conducted on September 1, 2020. The exams for B.E and B.Tech courses are scheduled for 10 slots – 2 each on September 2 to September 6. Students have been assigned reporting time which is available on the JEE Main 2020 admit card released on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
