The CBSE has extended the application date for private candidates to register for CBSE 10th and 12th Board Exam 2021. Private Candidates who are yet to register for the CBSE Board Exam 2021 can now register themselves until 9th December via official website cbse.nic.in.
As per the earlier notification, the application process for CBSE Board Exam 2021 for private candidates ended in November. The last date to register for CBSE 10th and 12th Exam 2021 for private candidates was 25th November. However, upon request of several students, the application window has been reopened again for 4 day i.e. from 5th to 9th December 2020. Following the completion of the application window, the board will open the application correction window from 10th to 14th December 2020.

With just four days left to register for the CBSE Board Exam 2021, Class 10 and Class 12 students will be rushing to complete the registration and submit the application forms. However, before doing so, it is important to know and understand the eligibility criteria for the same.
Students who have failed in the CBSE Board Exam held in February – March. Students who have ‘Compartmental Result’ in the CBSE Main Exam 2019 and in July 2019 Exam, can also appear as private candidate. Students who have cleared the CBSE Board Exam 2019 held in March / July but want to improve their score can also re-appear for the 2020 Board Exam as private students. Students who wish to appear for an Additional Subject and clear the exam are also eligible to appear as private candidate for CBSE Board Exam 2020.
