Punjab Board declares Class 12th result today

Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) declared Class 12 results 2021 today, according to a news report.

Overall 2 lakh students scored 90 per cent and above. However, the pass percentage of government schools is recorded to be 98.05 percent this year. The girls outshine boys with 97.34 pass percentage and boys are at 95.74 per cent.

The evaluation of results has been on the basis of internal assessment as there has been no board examination. The results are available on the official website pseb.ac.in.

A total of 3,08,000 students enrolled in Class 12 in government, aided and private schools for the academic session 2020-21.

State Education Minister Vijay Inder Singla said the results had been prepared in the same pattern as the Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE). The results have been prepared according to the 30:30:40 formula and on the student’s performance in Classes 10, 11 and 12, respectively.
