Viksit Bharat 2047

Nagaland Governor La Ganesan has called for a future-ready education system that equips students with critical thinking, digital skills, innovation, and adaptability to help achieve the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047. Speaking at an education-focused event in Kohima, he emphasised that schools and universities must prepare learners for rapidly evolving global challenges.

The Governor highlighted the importance of integrating technology, entrepreneurship, research, and skill-based learning into mainstream education. He urged educational institutions to move beyond traditional teaching methods and focus on developing well-rounded, globally competitive students.

La Ganesan also stressed the need for stronger collaboration between educators, policymakers, industry leaders, and communities to build a resilient and inclusive education ecosystem. He said empowering youth with future-oriented skills would play a crucial role in India’s journey towards becoming a developed nation by 2047.
