On June 18, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) committee constituted to determine the conditions for declaring the results of the cancelled Class 12th exams would submit its findings. The board had set up a 13-member panel for the purpose, and it was due to present its report by Monday, June 14. Because of the “safety and interest of students,” the CBSE exams were canceled.

Students who are disappointed with their Class 12 results and wish to sit for the exam will be given the opportunity to improve their grades until the situation improves, according to a government statement released following PM Modi’s meeting on June 1.
